RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
Under Directive 2011/83/EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, send a clear statement before the deadline to u3176713294@gmail.com including your name, order number, and order date. You may use the model withdrawal form available on request.

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days.

2. Trying on your bracelet
You may handle and try on the item as you would in a physical shop, including closing the clasp to check fit. This does not affect your right to withdraw.

Where handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we may reduce the refund proportionally to the diminished value, in line with EU law. Examples: visible scratching from wear, deformed links, damaged plating, or missing components.

3. Condition
Please return items with the gift box and both pliers where possible. Missing components may reduce the refund proportionally.

4. Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof you have sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We refund the item price plus standard outbound delivery (we are not obliged to refund the extra cost of any upgraded shipping you chose).

5. Return shipping
Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. For low-value orders we may waive the return at our discretion and refund without requiring the item back — this does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Email u3176713294@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Where an item is faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund in full including all shipping costs, at no cost to you.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity
Separately from the 14-day withdrawal right, EU consumers have a two-year legal guarantee. If an item does not conform to the contract (for example, the plating fails prematurely under normal use), contact us and we will remedy this free of charge.

8. Exclusions
The withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised, or to gift cards.

Normal wear, damage caused by misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or attempting to alter or force the clasp are not covered.
