2. Products and materials
Our bracelets are manufactured from 316L stainless steel with 18K gold PVD (vacuum) plating.

Our items are PLATED, not solid precious metal. They are not hallmarked and are not sold as solid gold or solid silver. "Gold" and "silver" refer to the colour and finish of the plating.

Product photographs are illustrative. Colour may vary slightly between screens and between production batches.

3. Product description and use
The bracelet closes with a fold-over clasp, pressed shut using the pliers supplied. It is designed for continuous everyday wear but is NOT permanent and can be reopened with gentle pressure.

The item is water-resistant for ordinary use such as showering and swimming. Prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water, perfumes, cosmetics or cleaning chemicals may affect the finish over time.

4. Safety and skin sensitivity
Jewellery is not a toy. Keep away from children under 3 years due to small parts. The pliers supplied are a tool — supervise use and keep away from children.

While 316L stainless steel is widely tolerated, individual sensitivity varies. Discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional if you experience irritation, redness or discomfort. We cannot accept liability for individual allergic reactions beyond our obligations under applicable consumer and product safety law.

Do not force, over-tighten or repeatedly reopen the clasp, as this may weaken it.

5. Sizing
Chains are adjustable and fit most adult wrists. Sizing guidance on the site is approximate. Fit is not a defect; where an item does not fit, the 14-day withdrawal right applies.

6. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. We do not store card details.

7. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer. A binding contract arises only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — and will refund you in full.

8. Delivery
See Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

9. Withdrawal, returns and guarantees
See Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under product liability law.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed occasions or events.

11. Intellectual property
All site content is owned by us or used under licence and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Latvian law. EU consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence.

13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
